We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to valid takedown notices and will remove infringing content promptly.
This Site operates as a user-generated content platform. We do not produce content and act as a hosting service provider under 17 U.S.C. 512(c).
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information to locate it (e.g., URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
